About site creating

Hi, I would like to create a new site under our current account, we also would like to upgrade to a Business Plan. However, before doing so, I have several questions:
1. Can I link the domain for my current site under the same account to the new site (in the meantime, the old, i.e. the ‘current’ site will be inactivated)?
2. For the new site, we would like to have a bilingual version, is there anyway for us to achieve that?
3. How much should we pay for the domain each year?

1. Can I link the domain for my current site under the same account to the new site (in the meantime, the old, i.e. the ‘current’ site will be inactivated)?
Of what domain are you speaking? The account you’re using to post here doesn’t own any domain upgrades with us. You are an admin on another site that is on a custom domain, hsuginsengnews.com, but you’re not the owner of that domain, so you won’t be able to move that domain to any site in your account unless the other account that owns the domain transfers ownership of that domain to you first.
If that domain is removed from the current site it won’t be deactivated, but will simply revert to its free WordPress.com URL. You can also build your new Business Plan site at the free WordPress.com URL we provide and only connect the domain later, once you’re ready to launch the new site.
2. For the new site, we would like to have a bilingual version, is there anyway for us to achieve that?
The simplest way to do this is using a plugin like Polylang, and you’ll be able to use plugins like that on the Business Plan.
3. How much should we pay for the domain each year?
.com domains currently renew at $18 a year on WordPress.com. You can find the renewal pricing for all domains we offer on WordPress.com here:
