    Hi monsterthy0329,

    The account you are contacting us from hasn’t created any sites or purchased any upgrades on WordPress.com. What is the address of the site you wish to cancel the subscription for? Please don’t share any transaction IDs or card details on these forums, just a site address.

    If you haven’t done so already, it would be worth logging out of WordPress.com and logging back in using the email address your purchase receipt or renewal reminder was sent to. Can you see the upgrades there?
