About Subscription Plan

Hi!
I’m new to this small online business and looking forward to creating my own website with WordPress. As what I have understood from your offer plans, I need to purchase my own domain which is not purchasable on your website yet.Due to a my budget limitation, I would like to ask for a lower subscription plan price for the small business plan. I understand on behalf of your reasons, there are multiple aspects that already included in the payment plan such as maintenances, supports, security, and other aspects that already minimize by the payment of $25 per month based on the features that the plan has to offer.
Would you make an exception just for me?
Because in my perspective, indeed the difference currency should not be an issue in the policy but I need to pay 4x more expensive compared to the other user who is using USD currency to get the similar features that the plan has.Huge price decrease might seem impossible for and even for me, but the amount of $7 or $8 lesser than $25 should be more than enough for me.

I think you misunderstood my point here. I need to use the features of the small business plan which are not available in the premium plan. Like for example, I need to use a third-party plugin which you allow the installation functionality on Small Business Plan and above only.So, again if you change the currency to my local currency, I believe it won’t make any difference in price. For example, the price is $3 and if you convert into my currency, I still need to pay 4x more than $3.
