About the Canceling and Refunding

    Hi, we want to purchase a plan to make a website for our business, and if we choose to buy the business plan which is A$33 /month, billed annually, do we have to pay $396 for one year? Or we could pay monthly? If we don’t want to have the website made by WordPress any more after a few month since we have purchased the plan, could we cancel it and get refund for the fee we paid? Waiting for your reply, thank you.

    WordPress.com plans are charged annually and there’s no option to pay monthly.

    And you’ll be billed annual subscription fee during the renewal of your plan as well.

    Refund on the plan is possible if it’s made within 30 days of purchase. However, if you used the free domain credit that comes with the paid plans to register a new domain, the domain registration fee will be deducted from your refund requested within 30 days.
