About the clientHold situation and wordpress.com’s miscommunication

  Immediately after my website was hacked, the DNS records were reset and when I check, I see that it is in clientHold status.
  I have been trying to contact wordpress.com for support for the past week, but no one is responding via email or chat.
  What should I do?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  It looks like your site is still having issues with the DNS records.

  

  Did you build your website directly with WordPress.com and are having issues with your DNS records? Would you mind sharing more with me with some screenshots?

  No. Because they completely disable DNS (clientHold), there is no redirection to anywhere. Cannot transfer or update DNS. It’s like it never happened
