About the clientHold situation and wordpress.com’s miscommunication

Immediately after my website was hacked, the DNS records were reset and when I check, I see that it is in clientHold status.
I have been trying to contact wordpress.com for support for the past week, but no one is responding via email or chat.
What should I do?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

No. Because they completely disable DNS (clientHold), there is no redirection to anywhere. Cannot transfer or update DNS. It’s like it never happened
