About the Installation Of Plugins

  When i try to install any plugin , the error which is poped up is that installation failed! could not create directory. my website is hosted on google cloud and i have done all the permission regarding solution but all of them didn’t work.

  Hi,

  It would be helpful If you could share your website URL with us. And please check whether your website is hosted on wordpress.com.

  And please note installing plugins at wordpress.com hosted site is only allowed business plan.
