About the plan that I couldn’t topen upgrade due to shortage of money

    When I want to upload plugins from my Android mobile phone to my WordPress sites WordPress asked me that I have to upgrade the plan but I don’t have any money at my card tor pay the required fees for the plans so please help me and give me free options to finish my projects and get what I want and you can deduct any fees after I will be succesful so please understand and help me?

    It takes an upgraded business plan in order for you to be able to use plug ins.
