  Is the ‘Personal Plan’ also fit to a company? Is there any business license issue? Since the name of the plan may cause some misunderstanding.

  Plan names are only something you see, not visitors to a site. If you just need a straight forward site but need a custom domain address then a Personal plan could be quite suitable for a business that just wants a web presence and isn’t selling things on their site:
