You will be refunded to the same payment method you used for your purchase. After processing, refunds usually take about five to ten business days to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it could take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show up. International refunds can take even longer to reach you. Your financial institution is going to be able to tell you when to expect the refund and how it will be listed on your statement.
If the request of refund done just a few minutes after your purchase. Sometimes it won’t show up as a refund because the entire charge was simply canceled.

If it hasn’t arrived yet, please contact your bank for more information about their processing times as this can vary. The transaction ID on the refund receipt can be used to help locate the refund on their system.
In some cases where upgrades are cancelled and refunded on the same day, banks remove the original payment from your statement rather than showing two separate debit and credit amounts. I would also recommend asking them whether they have done so.
