  Hi yukobosch, hope all is well (besides the refund).

  As stated on the refund page in the support area of WordPress.com:

  How will you refund my payment?

  You will be refunded to the same payment method you used for your purchase. After processing, refunds usually take about a week to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it may take 5-7 business days to appear on your online bank account or in 1-2 billing statements.

  If it has not processed yet and has been more than 5-7 business days, I’ll also be tagging this with modlook just in case so we can get staff to verify the status for you.

  Hi there,

  Refunds can take up to 10 business days to process in some circumstances, and the delay is at your bank’s end. The refund has already been issued on our end, but it takes time for your bank to process it, so please follow up with them if you still haven’t received it.
