About theme

  Hello:)
  Do I really have to pay to change the theme? Or could I use other blog theme? Its a lot of nice themes out there, I just wonder how to use them!;)

  In wp.com blogs you can only use one of the (currently 78) themes available under Appearance>Themes – and modify their appearance with the (yes, paid) CSS upgrade.
