  If I transfer my domain to this site and connect it to the site then also I need to purchase business about or what?? because i want to add costom theme which i had downloaded

  Yes I’m afraid you’d need a Business plan if you definitely wish to use a theme purchased/acquired elsewhere that was really designed for a site that uses the wordpress.org software. Note that WordPress.com already has a wide choice of themes that can be used here for free as well as Premium themes that can be used along with a Premium plan.

  why i am not able to see appearance option in my wordpress account as everyone’s shows at homepage but not to me??

  Is your site hosted here at WordPress.com? Perhaps you are reading instructions for the wordpress.org software which works differently.
