About to switch theme from outdated to responsive….

    I am ready to switch from Neat theme, which is no longer available but has been grandfathered on my blog, to a responsive layout, maybe Motif or one of the Twenty-somethings. I have the $30 upgrade for CSS. Is there anything I should be ready for?
