  If i upgraded to $99 per year.Can i use wordpress.com sub-domain? And can i post commercial contents?

  You have that now. The Upgrade provides a domain name so you can use something without that.

  And can i post commercial contents?

  Need more input. What do you mean? The answer varies. If you mean advertising, no. If you mean content about your company and/or products you make yourself, yes.
