There’s not a quick or easy way to do that. You’ll need to increase the traffic coming to your blog. This is a process that takes time and a lot of effort on your end. There’s not an instant fix. Here are some tips to help: https://en.support.wordpress.com/getting-more-views-and-traffic/

Also, it’s important to remember that some subjects are going to be more popular than others, therfore being more lucrative as well. This isn’t anything that we can control.
