About upload the customed plugin

  Dear WordPress Team,

  I would like to upload my own plugin zip file.
  However, I cannot find out the upload or add button
  inside the plugin page.

  Hi there!

  To use plugins on your WordPress.com site, you need to have a Business or eCommerce plan which would give you access to upload or install third-party plugins or themes.
