  hi, I would like to ask a feww questions.
  1- ABOUT COMMENTS; can users write a comment by their email or facebook account? Being wordpress blogger “must” for adding a comment or like?
  2- About my blog editors or conribitors; Do they have to wordpress blogger for adding their items?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I don’t understand your second question but you can invite contributors to write on your blog:
