About using Ascii codes in the “Text Widgets”..

  Hi,

  I want to use the shapes in the text widgets. I found their ascii codes, but I don’t know how to use them in the widgets as a code.. Can anybody help?

  shape chars don’t belong the ASCII table.

  I know at IMDB message boards it’s [pre]ascii art[/pre] I don’t know about here though.

  “pre” command didn’t work..

  or I couldn’t do it..

  write them as they are.
  just like that: & diams ;
  but without the spaces in between & and ;

  How did you write this character..

  Just coppied and pasted.. or used any of the codes for the character?

  I tried putting them in an email once but it didn’t work. I only know about IMDB. Try Googling it to see other codes. Or maybe make a screen shot of it and then uploading that image.

  Do you want ascii art images like animals and people or character map type images?

  OK..

  It’s ok just by copy/paste with the link that options gave..

  But I want to use the character in the number 174, in the link that I gave..

  And I cannot copy/paste it since it is an image..

  have you tried Alt+174
  pressing the alt key while you digit the 3 numbers?

  Ok.

  I did it..

  The same character is in the lise that “options” gave…

  So just by copy/paste, it’s fine..

  In Windows XP, you can click the Start Menu, click All Programs, click Accessories, click System Tools, and then Character Map. If that’s what you mean.
