  When one will visit my site , he will see these messeges:

  1)Create your website at WordPress.com .Get started
  2) Privacy & Cookies: This site uses cookies. By continuing to use this website, you agree to their use.
  To find out more, including how to control cookies, see here: Cookie Policy . Close & Accept.

  You visit my site (vertexcr.wordpress.com) & then it will be clear to you.

  Can I remove any of these (staying in free plan)?
  If yes, How?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Note: I am seeing these two messages when I visit my site from other device which is not logged in to wordpress.
  If you visit my site in incognito mode, you will also see it.

  You cannot remove those 2 things. As you are on the Free Plan, wordpress.com places ads and the “Create your website at WordPress.com .Get started” banner. To remove this, you need to upgrade to one of the WordPress.com Plans.
  The “Privacy & Cookies” must be on your website to be compliant with the ruling privacylaws.
