About vs Bio?

  I’ve named my page “Bio” but read online that it’s best that it’s named “About” for Google, SEO, etc.
  Is this correct?
  If I change the page to “About” and change the permalink, will this break anything for my site or anything else?
  What is the best naming convention these days?
