  I just received a message that said
  [Wordpress post] Site will be expired after 3 days.
  If you don’t renew, it will be closed and deleted.

  I don’t know what should I renew.
  I’m using Bluehost and I paid 1 year plan on last December.
  Does anybody know what should I do?

  That’s probably spam. Where was it send from, As it’s very easy to spoof an email address, you must take a look in the source of the email.
