  Sir, on my own website word ads are displayed including the following link from the WordPress site and I don’t know where the money from the site are provided to me

  Users who have a Free or Personal Plan, have moderate to high traffic and appropriate content can apply to the WordAds program. If you are using WordAds program, then you can see your earnings via Earnings tab at My Site > WordAds

  If you have WordPress.com Premium or Business plan, then you have automatic access to the WordAds program and can set up advertising on your site immediately.
