About wordpress data tracking
-
Hi there, I have some questions regarding the data tracking and will be appreciated some advice.
1. We are using both ‘jetpack’ and ‘GA’ to track data, however, on jetpack the view number for each ‘ post’ always shows ‘not found’. Is there any way to solve it?
2. Will like to track the ‘CTA (which is link)’ on every content, but haven’t found a good way to track it. Also will like to know about the ‘time on page’. Will like to get some help and advice for this part.Thank you!

Jetpack is not showing any data in stats, because the Jetpack connection for your site is broken:

Please follow the steps in the troubleshooting guide linked on that page to fix this, or contact Jetpack support directly for more help with this.

Jetpack stats has no way to track custom data like this. It should be possible to set up tracking for this in Google Analytics, though, but you’ll need to contact their support directly (or support for the GA plugin you’re using on your site), for help with that.
You can also try asking for advice in the WordPress.org forums – the community there provides support for the version of WordPress you’re using on your site:

The forum you’re posting in now is for the hosting provider, WordPress.com. We can only help with sites hosted on our servers, issues with your WordPress.com account, and to a very limited extent with services you have access to on WordPress.com via the Jetpack plugin.
