About wordpress site

Dear WordPress Helpdesk,
I need your help to know about sites. I already have website which i create through Google suite sites and i want to move my domain name to WordPress . My business are Activities and Tour and i need to book with product owner.
But i need you to let me know which plan should i choose as per my wants of sites below:
1. I want my website to have option of client to be able to fill form and book at the same time pay to my bank account, but remember products are not mine so that is why it is not full 100% online because after my client fill form to book and transfer to my account i will need to contact product owner to book and send voucher confirmation to my client. What i need is when my client fill form and payment there should be message or email to me that this client book and paid so i can book with product owner and confirm back with voucher to my client.
2. The website sample which you can view is http://www.getyourguide.com, i like this side because it is easy to fill form and book. -

You’ll probably want to check out plan Business or eCommerce. Both allow you to use plugins, like WooCommerce to create an online store. You’ll also want to use a booking extension like https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-bookings/

Can i first start with free plan WordPress personal?And later when i am used to the sites i can upgrade to other plan of WordPress? And later after few months i can add Woocommerce and pay?
I already own a domain with another registrar.Thks

You’ll need either the Business or eCommerce plan to meet your needs as outlined, either of the two will work: https://wordpress.com/pricing/
You can start on any plan, even the free plan, and upgrade at any time.
