  Please tell me after coming wordpress.com is wordpress.org will closed in coming future? Because of I am developer so can i make plugin for wordpress.org?
  If it will closed in future so my efforts of making plugin will destroy.
  So, please reply as soon as possible.

  WordPress.org will not be closing in the future. WordPress powers 26% of the web, if we were to take away the WordPress.org software installs, a lot of the web would be affected. No need to worry about the future of WordPress. Thanks for your help as a developer for plugins! Thanks to you, open source grows more everyday!
