  I don’t know how to setting the colour or background of wordpress’s homepage, anyone who knows?

  If you mean like how to change the background of your blog, I would go to THEMES and pick out which design you like best. If you mean that you like the design you have but want to change the picture I can’t help you. I had the same problem myself until I changed the theme.

  If you are talking about the actual wordpress site home page, http://wordpress.com/ , you cannot change the colors on that page. Only wordpress can change the colors there.
