about yearly Premium plan

  Hi, I’m the user from Taiwan, and I have some question about the yearly Premium plan. I was wondering if I purchase the Premium year plan, and already paid the annual bill, but I may upgrade to business year plan maybe 6 months later. So if I go to upgrade to business year plan, I should pay the NTD 9588 (NT$799×12), but I already paid NTD 2880 (NTD 240×12) before, so this 2 bills can just offset each other?

  I mean if I’m really upgraded to business year plan after 6 months but I just need to pay NTD6708 (NTD9588-2880)

  Many thanks for reaching out.

  When it comes to upgrades we take into account the current subscription, so that you would pay an additional cost that you may have already paid.

  This means that, in if you would choose to upgrade in to the business plan, the cost of the business plan cost would minus the remaining 6 months left of the premium plan.
