about.me server returns empty data

  Hi, I have copied my about.me URL into the about.me widget several times and continue to get the same message: “about.me server returns empty data. Please email (email visible only to moderators and staff) for support.”

  The email I received from about.me was no help at all. Does anyone know the solution?
