About”Right now in tags..”

  In the righthand side column of Home, with the caption “Right now in tags”
  there are several topics, with each topic showing many blogposts.
  How do you pick these posts?
  Are these only wordpress.com posts?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
