Absolutely ANNOYED that I can't get help from this company

I am so preturbed right now that this site doesn’t offer a phone line. I understand it is run by bloggers, but my question is so specific and I’ve tried sending a help email and have not had any responses. I can’t login half the time because it doesn’t recognize my password and id. I can’t access my own current site. I can pull it up on the internet, but I can’t login to my dashboard. Everytime I do it takes me to an older version of my page. I have not changed my user name or password. I am trying to get my page up and going in a timely manor, but this is such a set back especially because I can’t just call tech support to get and get an immediate answer I just have to sit and wait and hope someone comes across my email. I don’t mean to be rude, I’m just in a current state of extreme frustration because I’ve never delt with a company run like this before. Please, someone kindly assist me. Thanks so much!

And my bet is, it’s 60% likely to NOT be hosted here, so you’re probably in the wrong forum anyway.
