Absolutely No Way To Get Any Real Support

  I’m getting this message:

  Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘&’ in /home/wayne15/public_html/wp-content/themes/graphene/functions.php on line 48

  It looks to me like an error in the theme from WordPress but there is no way to contact anyone to help. This scrolling through pages upon pages of forums to find someone else who had this problem recommend a fix for it – can’t WordPress have their own people solve this problem?
