This can be accomplished all at once.

First go to the dashboard which can be accessed by adding /wp-admin to the end of your site’s url (e.g.: example.wordpress.com/wp-admin).

From this guide, in the “Block Edit” paragraph:

Using the Bulk Actions drop-down menu at the top of the Edit Posts list, you can bulk edit several posts at a time. To do that, select several posts from the list using the checkboxes on the left. Then select Edit from the Bulk Actions drop-down menu and click the Apply button. You will see options that can be applied to all of the selected posts.

In your case, you’ll want to check the boxes of all the posts you want to unpost, click Edit from the Bulk Actions drop-down menu, and finally click next to status and select Draft. This will un-publish all the selected posts.

Next click on posts in the left-hand toolbar.

Hi there, can I ask a question, please? What is your end goal?

While the information to revert your posts to drafts that @metaman0 gave you will work, it seems that the only thing currently visible on your above site sushma223645092.wordpress.com are your blog posts. There are no pages or a portfolio to view.

Another option that will keep your site’s address and make your site invisible to visitors and search engines is by changing its visibility from Public to Private. Here’s how you can do that: https://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/#changing-a-site-with-followers-from-public-to-private
