Abuse and Injunction
-
I have documented my years of abuse here, and my husband just read my blog. He is thinking about getting an injunction to stop my blogging and I want to preserve the data. What is the best way to go about it?

Make your site private. See here https://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/ and choose option 3.
The only person who can access your blog and delete anything in it has to have the login information. Hopefully, you have not been foolish enough to share it. If you have shared your login information then change the password https://en.support.wordpress.com/passwords/ to a very difficult one https://en.support.wordpress.com/selecting-a-strong-password/and do not provide access to that password to anyone. You can also change your email account password and again I say do not share that with anyone.
Read:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/private-information/[opinion] Use your common sense. When people are abused they take legal action. Spending years being abused and blogging about it, while failing to take legal action against the abuser does not indicate the behavior of an actual victim; it indicates that one is volunteering to allow the abuse to continue. Oops! That third link for Selecting a Strong Password is https://en.support.wordpress.com/selecting-a-strong-password/

also export the blog – that will keep the text record – put the file on a couple of different CD’s and put in a safe place
that will keep a record of the text no matter what else happens
