  there is a blog that is abusive and only to defame. i have contacted the blogger and have all proofs with me, how can that can be removed?

  If that blogs is running on the wordpress.com platform, you can report it at https://en.support.wordpress.com/report-blogs/

  If the site you want to report says “Powered by WordPress” you’ll need to contact the site’s web hosting provider directly to report them as that site is not hosted here and is using the open source WordPress software which can be downloaded and installed on any web host. You may be able to find out who’s hosting that site by checking the domain name in a WHOIS website.
