abuse issue

  Few months back a guy from http://cafe4eckadmin.wordpress.com/ which was hosted at wordpress.com started cyber stalking me and degrade my company reputation and image.I reported the content and cafe4eck site was suspended by wordpress staff.
  now Iam facing same issue with the same guy using another alternative link which is also hosted at wordpress.pls check link below.

  once clicked and translated to english you could clear see the heading with my picture and abusing me.I emailed many times as wordpress had not stopped the above site, also are no more interested replying me.I had mentioned all the proof which clear shows but still no response.
