Abusive and false content

Good evening,
I have to report a situation about this blog: paulboldut.wordpress.com that is violating my image and my brand because the blog itself and the content is named in a manner that misleads the readers to think that I am the one who owns this blog and writes this content, and that is not true. It is false content spoken in my name, with the purpose of harming and infringing my rights. I am the real Paul Boldut, and I never created this blog. Please take action as soon as possible !

Thank you very much for your answer, I already submited an abuse message regarding this issue last month but I never recieved any feedback and the blog is still out there. There is one single post, you can clearly see that the blog was created for that purpose and it is not an active blog, but the content is there and no one has done nothing about it. Now I reported it again through http://en.wordpress.com/abuse/ and I hope somebody will take actions.
Please do as much as you can to advance this problem into taking actions.I am thanking you in advance.

If you need any other informations, please contact me at [mail removed] and I will provide it for you. I can send you a copy of my identity card or anything that could prove that I am the real person and somebody is impersonating me and abusing my name and my image through that blog.

That’s not hosted at WordPress.com if you got the URL correct. Report it to whoever IS hosting it.

as they are faking WordPress.com’s website, and have lots of faked websites pointing to it, tricking people into giving away their WP credentials, i think it is relevant.
Unfortunately all roads lead to cloudflair who say they have no control over the content, and you can’t see “behind” where the real hosting resides. I suspect WP abuse department has more clout in resolving this that we do.
Even if they look at the issue of copyright abuse via the misuse of their trademark, there is an issue.
