    Hello
    I need to contact any person in contact support in order to solve a problem with a blog that is not mine and it is causing me problems
    I reported the situation serveral times, but till now I haven´t an answer.
    Could you pls help Word press?
    I sent the email if you have any question
    (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    I reported it serveral time since three days ago I had notice about this blog wich isn´t mine
    So I´ll read the link you sent me
    Is there any other option, bc I certainly think by now that wordpress contact support is a MESS

    Let’s be clear about this please. People try to report blogs here that are not even hosted by WordPress.COM and that’s useless. They must be reported to the web hosts who are paid to host them.

    I do not see the URL of the blog you refer to. I’m sorry but we cannot provide accurate answers to any blogger who fails to provide the exact URL starting with http:// for the exact blog they refer to so we can verify where it is hosted. Please do that now.

    It has my name on it. But it changed the letter to K. I´m Carla with C
    Also has my complete name.
    I believe is from word press blog
    So, I´m reporting this in order to know how can be deleted bc it is not my blog but refers with my name.

    Yes it is a blog hosted by WordPress.COM. These matters are not discussed on these public support forums that are available to all with internet access. You need to file an official complaint form and submit it to terms of Service Staff and you need to know they have a backlog.

    If you have already submitted the correct support forum then know that ToS Staff have a backlog. They work through all reports in chronological order based on datestamps and timestamps by working their way forward from the earliest to the most recent.

    How long it takes to clear the support tickets depends on how many Happiness Engineers are working on them at any given point in time. It also depends on how complex the issues in each thread and ticket are are.

    Please don’t continue contacting them on the same issue because that just moves the timestamps forward and it takes longer to get a response.

    This thread is tagged for closure. Please do not continue posting into it or create other threads like it on this issue.

    You’re welcome. There are millions of us bloggers and only a total of just over 22 Staff. The Terms of Service Staff area small but hard working group and I’m sure they will get back to you. Just practice patience and know they will get to you as soon as they can.
