abusive language and unfriendly treatment by volunters in help forum

Respected mam, sir.
This is a complaint toward the help forum.
I contacted the support forum to get a problem resolved.But instead I ended up being insulted and abuse by words and accusations.
I did not address anybody in person but posted a general question which comes up many times in the support forum on wordpress. com.
I am not the only one asking these questions and making the observations posted in my question.
i am happy with wordpress so far and do recommend it to many others. but I do have to say that there should be guidelines how to reply to a person.My keyboard was broken and the caps lock stuck and i could not get the Big letter function dislodged . so in the middle of the question all was written in capital letters. I am not so much in Technics and have not much knowledge of computers and so on.
but one can expect at least a civilized response and treatment.yes, there is freedom of speech but it does not mean that anybody just can get insulted like this.
Below i will put the question and site and response from the volunteer off the support forum.
Replies by him/her have been given to the same topics to others who had the the same problems as me. so why i am abused like this but not they?
If e wordpress. com member volunteers to help others one should have patience and some human qualities LIke GOOD BEHAVIOR.
IF THIS SUPPORT FORUM IS TOO MUCH THAN SUCH A MEMBER SHOULD BE DISMISSED to help others. i did not request this particular person to reply.
In my profession I HAD TO DEAL WITH MANY TYPES OF PEOPLE and HAD BEEN STRESSED OUT ALL THE TIME DUE TO MY WORK, BUT I NEVER DARED TO LEAVE IT OUT OR ABUSE THE PATIENT, STAFF, ETC.
PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THIS ISSUE. AT LEAST AN APOLOGY FROM THIS PERSON OR THE WPORDPRESS.com OWNER SHOULD BE STATED .
NOTE’ MY KEYBOARD JAMMED AGAIN THAT’S WHY THE CAPITAL LETTER AND SMALL LETTER MIXED UP. I DO NOT SHOUT AT OR INSULT ANYBODY. WE HAVE A USED LAPTOP

Hello. I do not receive any likes or comments for at least a week now. since i published a certain article and renewed our ASC ( advanced system care FROM iOBIT)on the laptop . IS THERE ANY BLACK MAILING GOING OR COMPLAINS OF MY BLOG GOING ON.? I HAD TO BLACKLIST A FEW PEOPLE FROM COMMENTING AS ONE OF THEM KEPT SEEMINGLY HACKING INTO OUR COMPUTER AND BLOG AND OFTEN SETTINGS WERE CHANGED AND BLOGS ANSWERED , ETC , WHICH I DID NOT DO,
SO I HAD TO RENEW THE BLOG, PASSWORD, ETC. TO GET RID OF THAT PERSON
AS I JUST WROTE THIS I HAD THE LIKES UPDATING. BUT ANY IDEA WHAT THE REASON IS. ITS NOT THE SETTING. I CHECKED ALL.
