Academic Theme Plugins not installing – Please Assist

    I purchased the ‘Academic Education’ Theme from WordPress tonight for $39. The plugins for the theme are not installing. I continue to receive the following messages:

    If I am not wrong, you’re talking about theteacherinstitute(dot)com, which uses the standalone WordPress software and hosted on iPage.

    We’re only able to help with the websites hosted on WordPress.com.

    Please either contact your web hosting customer support or submit your query to WordPress.org forums.
