Academica: Add sharing icons and html color codes

Hi there,
Can someone show me how to add social media sharing icons at the top of pages? Right now I’ve managed to make them appear at the botom of the pages, but it would be better at the top right corner of the page, right underneath the main menu and search widget.
Also, to harmonize colors on my site, I would like to know the html codes for the top menu bar (the orange and blue colors).

The blue is #3A678D and the orange is #E98A2A. You can change these colours to whatever you like if you go to the Colors & Backgrounds section of the site customiser. The last two of the four colour blobs set the menu and hover colours respectively.
To set up social media sharing icons at the top of every page have a look at the paragraph titled Social Icons on the Academia theme page, it details the steps you need to follow.

Sorry for the late response. Had to put this on stand by for a while.
I couldn’t change the colors of the menu. The Colors & Background section only gives me the option of changing the background of the page, nothing else.
The page you indicated re. social Icons doesn’t seem to give any info on where to place the social icons or how to move them within the page.

Go to your site customiser (click here when you’re logged in) and then click “Colours & Backgrounds”. Under the block where you pick the background there should be 4 coloured circles, the last two will set the menu block colour/buttons and hover colour respectively.
There’s not a great way to move the sharing icons around the page with CSS due to the way your theme is set up, sorry. I’d suggest keeping them at the bottom of the post – most users will only consider using them once they’ve read the entire article so it’s good to have them close by at the end.
