Academica contact form is automatically filled in with my own name etc.

  Hello,

  I’ve added a contact (Academica theme) form, and if I preview the changes, or open my blog in the browser, the form will be automatically filled in with my own name, email etc.

  I obviously don’t want that. How can I make sure that the form stays blank, so that readers will be able to fill in the form?

  Hi there. This is completely normal. Your browser auto-fills forms for you, and only you can see it. When I view your contact form I see my own details there, and every reader will see their details if they have auto-fill enabled on their browser.

  You can check this by logging out and completely clearing your browser’s history (cache, cookies, saved form data). If you view your form after doing that (without logging in again) you should see a blank form.
