Hi what is the difference between “accept payments” and “paypal payments” on the subscription tiers? Our website is for a running club – so to accept membership fees / payments for clothing which is better? Thank you

Hi there, was this in relation to http://ammanvalleyharriers.wordpress.com/? If this was in regards to a different site, feel free to share the URL; please bear in mind that we are able to help with sites that are hosted here with us on WordPress.com, but for sites using the WordPress software from WordPress.org, there is a community forum at this address:

Hi there,
To confirm, are you asking about the difference between the Payments Block compared to the PayPal Block? The Payments Block is available on all of our paid plans whereas the PayPal Block is available on The Premium Plan and up.
I would say that both Blocks would achieve the same goal for your site. Payments have slightly more features, but Paypal of course accepts funds from PayPal in addition to credit cards. Both have fees.
I would take a look at each block and see if any of the features makes you lean one way or the other. I would recommend either since they both are a reliable block that allow you to do simple sales on your site.
Hope this helps!
