Acceptable Use Policy
-
I had my first customer tell me that they could not place an order on my website because it was blocked by their company’s acceptable use policy. Is there something wrong with my website?

Hi there,
The site tessysgiftsandtreats.com appears to be a self-hosted WordPress (also called “.org”) site hosted on Bluehost Web Hosting, and not a site hosted on our WordPress.com service.
You can confirm here: https://gwhois.org/tessysgiftsandtreats.com+dns
To clarify, we are not the only providers of WordPress sites, and Bluehost also happens to offer WordPress sites, but they use a different version of the platform than what we use here. Because of this we are not able to help with your issue as it lies outside of our system. See http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ for more info.
As for your question about “acceptable use policy” it sounds like may refer to a coporate “firewall” that your customer is referring to, which prevents them from loading the site on their work wifi. Some companies limit what sites can be shown on their “office network) but it’s likely if the customer tries again from home or another public wifi network, they will be able to access your site without issue.
You may also wish to contact Bluehost support to make sure there are no configuration issues with your site.
We’re not able to help, but I hope this points you in the right direction!
