Accepted WordPress recommended updates for plug-ins, etc. My page is corrupted and I can’t access.

  I accepted updates offered on wordpress admin site. I don’t recall all the updates offered but I think they included plugins, including facebook.
  Now the following won’t work:
  1) I can’t find my content when I log into WordPress via standard login
  2) I can’t properly navigate my page and code content is overwritten on the published page.
  3) When I log in via my site’s admin function, I only get this list of warnings.:
