Accepting donations

  I am in the process of setting up my blog. I know it is possible to accept donations via Paypal, but are other merchant account (credit card processing) services allowed besides PayPal?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  No. No blogger initiated advertising, retailing or reselling the work created or services provided by anyone other than yourself is allowed on free hosted wordpress.COM blogs. E-commerce transactions via shopping carts and the like cannot be conducted on free blogs from and being free hosted by wordpress.COM. What’s possible is posting an unencrypted PayPal donation button.
