Accepting payments from clients

Suggest me something with which I can accept payments from my clients regarding my books and services.
Paypal doesn’t accept DOMESTIC PAYMENTS made within India.
Any other solutions?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You’re solution is to hire a web host http://wordpress.org/hosting/ and set up a wordpress.org install. http://wordpress.org/
There is no upgrade, aside from a VIP hosting upgrade http://vip.wordpress.com/our-services/ that you can purchase that allows blogger initiated advertising on a free hosted WordPress.com blog. You will have to hire a web host and set up your own WordPress.org install to run your own advertising.
E-commerce transactions via shopping carts and the like cannot be conducted on free blogs from and being free hosted by WordPress.com. Paid content and/or sponsored content is not allowed.
