acces to ftp

  I’ve got a normal wordpress blog.
  To custom a header one must access to ftp, but I don’t know the host and pass.

  Where I can found them?
  Only is it avaible in a payable account?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  FTP access is not allowed on WordPress.com blogs, see: http://en.support.wordpress.com/ftp-access/

  If you want to upload a custom header to your theme (depending on the theme), it’s usually found under Appearance > Custom Header on your dashboard. See http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/custom-header-image/ for more information
