  Hi,

  Bluehost is your hosting provider. So you are using wordpress.org software.

  wordpress.com and wordpress.org are similar but different.
  https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/ is the link which will provide info on that.

  So, it looks like you have to contact Bluehost for the problem you are facing.
