Hi, I am an administrator on my website but I am not currently able to view certain areas in my dashboard (i.e. add new (for plugins), Users, anything under Upgrades tc…). Sometimes it says Im unauthorized and sometimes I get a blank screen. Is there something I’m missing?
I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

To clarify, the site sapelosquare.com was set up by someone else, and you were added as an admin after the site was created, yes?
From what I can see in the activity logs for the site we have been in contact with the site owner to resolve this issue as it seems your initial account was not added correctly. We have replied to them via email but have not heard back so if you see them before they read our reply in email, they can add you back by following the steps here and inviting you under your

So I was added but I still am not showing the proper dashboard access.
Strange thing is months before I could access everything…chat support, plugins, Jetpack…everything…but now…nothing and from what I was told nobody has changed my priveleges.
