  I don’t know where to even send this.

  Our club has a website hosted by WordPress The Gap. Our IT person had to step down. His replacement couldn’t get the access information from him, and just quit in frustration.

  Is there any way we can get what we need sent to us? I am mostly computer-inept, but can pass it along. We really need to update some items.

  The site dccsafety.com appears to be a self-hosted, WordPress (also called “.org”) site hosted with Siteground.

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two, different entities, but the essential difference is that we don’t have access to all WordPress sites, only ones hosted on our WordPress.com servers. For more information, please see:

  You will want to contact Siteground, as they have access to the site and account. Hope this helps.
